About Jessica Paz
​Creative Production Leader | Art Manager |​Game Producer​

I’m Jessica Paz — a multidisciplinary creative leader with over a decade of experience producing interactive content, games, and immersive visual experiences. I’ve shipped AAA titles, guided large-scale art teams, and collaborated across disciplines to deliver projects that entertain, inspire, and engage — especially for kids and family audiences.​

​My Path Through Games & Creative Production

I began my career in the world of digital art and animation, where I taught aspiring creators of all ages at Elite Animation Academy. That passion for visual storytelling and team growth stayed with me as I transitioned into production roles at studios like Treyarch (Activision) and Warner Bros. Games.

At Treyarch, I coordinated 3D asset pipelines for Call of Duty: Black Ops 4 and Cold War, leading production across characters, weapons, vehicles, and animation systems. At Warner Bros., I took on a broader Associate Producer role, guiding cross-functional teams on Hogwarts Legacy — and extending that work into licensed publishing, localization, and marketing initiatives.

Throughout my journey, I’ve worked with internal teams and external vendors, directed asset pipelines, overseen live-service transitions, and delivered family-friendly game experiences from concept through launch.
